1.Pasta Fresca Cooking Class in a Farmhouse with a Local
Travel from Rome to Zagarolo for a hands-on Roman cooking class with Claudia, whose seasonal menu may include ravioli, fettuccine, fried vegetables, meat dishes, and dessert. Explore the garden, cook in a family farmhouse, then share lunch, homemade wine, and sometimes live piano music with Claudia and Bruno.

“Before we go the owner reached out with us about the train information clearly and show up on time. Then took us to their lovely house. And there was a cute dog welcome our arrived. They have their small farm and we can pick some fresh vegetable up. We learn two different types of pasta and ravioli. Also make some small dishes. While we were making pasta, Bruno had a beautiful piano play for us. After all we sat down had delicious food and wine together. It was wonderful to learn how to make Italian food and meet lovely friends on the day.”
