“This was a FANTASTIC experience. Lorenzo (organizer) and Cossimo (chef) are both from Matera. They had many, many authentic stories of cooking with their mother's and grandmother's. The meal was so delicious. The ingredients and dishes were typical of the Matera area. Tasty, flavourful, hearty, etc. Cossimo's love of cooking was very event and very effusive. We intend to recommend this class to all of our friends and family.”
