“They failed 3 out of 5 people in our group for being “too slow” and “putting a foot on the ground.” Nowhere on Viator or the ranch’s website did they say the test would be this strict. After that, we were escorted to the ticket office where they told us because we booked on Viator, there would be no refunds and no credit provided to book another tour for the day because “they would lose money.” What about the $600 we lost because they refused refund or credit for another tour? Manager would not budge and said if we were placed on another group we were “taking away money they…”
